What we do
Places to start your journey.
No account needed to look. Explore what fits, and we step in when you are ready.
Financial goal planning
Each goal with a date and a rupee amount, and a monthly figure that gets you there.
Wealth management
Building the portfolio, then monitoring it — the second half is where most of the work is.
Retirement planning
Both halves: building the corpus, and drawing it down without running out.
NPS (National Pension System)
Opening and managing NPS accounts through HDFC Pension, as one part of a retirement plan.
Term insurance / Term plan
Pure protection for the family — the least expensive way to buy a large amount of life cover.
- No obligationBook a call
Not sure which of these you need?
That is what the first conversation is for. Bring the question, not a product.
Goal planning
Every rupee with a purpose.
We work backwards from the date the money is needed. The horizon decides the portfolio — not the product of the month.
- 25 years away
Retire without a pay cut
A corpus sized to your real expenses, indexed for inflation, drawn down in a sequence that survives a bad first decade.
- Equity mutual funds
- NPS
- Debt laddering
- 15 years away
Fund the degree, not the loan
Education inflation runs near 10%. We work backwards from the fee in the year your child actually enrols.
- Equity mutual funds
- Sukanya Samriddhi
- Gift deeds
- 10 years away
Build the first crore
The unglamorous part: an SIP you can sustain through a drawdown, and a rebalancing rule you agree to in advance.
- Equity mutual funds
- Index funds
- Hybrid funds
- 6 years away
Buy the house in cash-flow terms
A down payment this close to spending has no business sitting in equity. We park it where the date is safe.
- Short-duration debt
- Arbitrage funds
- FDs

Protect the plan itself
Term cover and a health floater sized to your liabilities. Insurance is not an investment, and we will not sell it as one.

Why us
Wealth is personal. Your distributor should be too.
Suresh Kumar Sharma is an AMFI-registered distributor, not an investment adviser. The distinction matters, and we would rather you hear it from us.
- 01
A plan you can hold us to
Goals with dates and rupee amounts, the monthly figure, and the reason each scheme was chosen — written down, and yours to keep.
- 02
You see what we earn
The asset management company pays us a trail commission, disclosed before you invest. You pay us nothing directly.
- 03
The person who wrote it answers
You speak to whoever wrote your plan, not to whoever happens to pick up the phone.
- 04
Reviews that change something
We check the instalments went through and whether allocation drifted past the band we agreed. Most reviews end in no transaction.

Who you will actually deal with
Suresh Kumar Sharma
Financial Goal Planner
Suresh Kumar Sharma has been an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor since 15 November 2017. He works independently with individuals and families to help them plan for and reach their financial goals, with particular depth in the National Pension System, retirement planning, tax-efficient investing, and insurance — term cover to protect a family, and health cover. He starts by understanding each investor's goals and tolerance for risk through proper risk profiling, and only then suggests a plan aligned with those goals. Every plan is followed up once a year, to review how the investments are progressing and keep the plan in step with the investor's changing goals and needs.

Client stories
Built on relationships, not transactions.

“What makes Mr. Sharma special is his after-sales service. Renewals, claims, or small queries, he is always just a phone call away. He treats his clients like family, not customers. I recommend him to everyone I know. I always wanted to secure my children's future but did not know where to begin. Mr. Sharma explained life insurance in such simple words that I understood everything clearly. Today I feel confident that my family will be protected, no matter what. He is a true well-wisher.”
