Services
Rather more than helping you buy a product.
3 lines of work and 10 things we do within them, in roughly the order you meet them. The value is in selecting what suits you, executing it properly, and still being here to service it years later.

Mutual funds and planning
Goal planning, mutual funds, SIFs, tax and retirement planning — risk profiling first, then a plan, then a yearly review.
Offered as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor, not a SEBI-registered investment adviser: no advisory fee is charged, trail commission is paid by the asset management company and disclosed, and no return is assured.
- 01
Mutual funds
Equity, debt and hybrid schemes chosen for a goal and a horizon, not for last year's return.
- Scheme selection matched to your risk profile
- SIPs, lump sums and STPs
- Asset allocation by goal horizon
- KYC, folios and mandates on the registered platform
- Consolidating folios held across distributors
- 02
SIF (Specialized Investment Fund)
SEBI's newer category between mutual funds and PMS, with strategies a mutual fund cannot run.
SIFs carry a minimum investment of ₹10 lakh and can take more risk than a mutual fund. They suit few investors, and you will be told plainly when one does not suit you.
- How each SIF strategy differs from a mutual fund
- Suitability checked against your risk profile
- Where it fits, if at all, beside your existing portfolio
- 03
Wealth management
Building the portfolio, then monitoring it — the second half is where most of the work is.
- Portfolio valuation, XIRR and capital gains
- Scheme versus benchmark comparison
- Rebalancing when allocation drifts
- Yearly review against your goals
- 04
Financial goal planning
Each goal with a date and a rupee amount, and a monthly figure that gets you there.
A distributor, not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Planning here supports the products distributed; there is no separate advisory fee.
- Risk profiling before any product is named
- Goals with dates and rupee amounts
- Children's education, a home, and other goals
- A monthly investment figure you can sustain
- Yearly follow-up to keep the plan aligned
- 05
Tax planning
Tax-efficient investing through the year, rather than a purchase in March because the deadline arrived.
Not a tax professional. The statements and the mechanics are explained; the filing decision belongs with someone qualified.
- ELSS and Section 80C
- NPS and the additional deduction under Section 80CCD(1B)
- Short- and long-term capital gains
- Tax effect of redemptions and switches
- 06
Retirement planning
Both halves: building the corpus, and drawing it down without running out.
- Corpus sized against your real expenses
- Inflation-adjusted requirements
- Existing EPF, PPF and NPS taken into account
- SWP and retirement income illustrations

What a SIP health report looks like
If the projection falls short of the target, the two levers are the instalment and the horizon. We show you both before you pick one.
Run it with your own numbers- Current SIP
- ₹50,000 a month
- Annual step-up
- 10%
- Current value
- ₹32 lakh
- Target corpus
- ₹1.5 crore
Figures shown are a demonstration of the arithmetic, not a client portfolio and not a projection of any scheme.
Start from the goal instead
Products are the last decision, not the first.
We work backwards from the date money is needed. If you would rather browse that way, each goal below carries the instruments we actually use for it.
Not sure which of these you need?
That is what the first conversation is for. Bring the question, not a product.
Suresh Kumar Sharma is an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor (ARN-125135), not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. He earns commission from asset management companies on the schemes he distributes, does not charge a fee for distribution, and does not guarantee returns. Insurance and NPS are offered under separate registrations from the mutual fund distribution business. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme related documents carefully.
